MASTER PLANNING
We have found that successful projects are set up to win from the very beginning. We take great pride in the projects and neighborhoods we've been fortunate to help masterplan. For us, it blends of the art of placemaking with the science of highest-and-best land use. Meeting the financing, zoning, and stakeholder requirements, while creating great neighborhoods isn't easy - otherwise everyone would be good at it.
MAIN STREET DEVELOPMENT
In recent years we’ve had success developing our own projects, especially in historic Main Street areas. Love for historic buildings is why we got into this business in the first place. We partner with a solid network of developers, investors, and builders to make projects happen.
If you have available property or a potential project, we'd love to speak to you about it. With our planning, design, and development experience, we’ll likely have a fresh approach that could unlock and enhance the highest and best use for the project.
DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIPS
We have spent a good portion of our career in the real estate development world, and have found success providing up front planning and design services as part of a client's development team. We like to think of it as 'Architecture in Equity' where we can defer pre-development fees in exchange for a position as development partner in the project.
RESIDENTIAL RENOVATIONS & NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION
Renovation projects are a strong suit of ours, especially older homes.
Our greatest success is in blending contemporary family needs, design sensibility, and construction methods while respecting and highlighting the history of each building.
Our experience and temperament help navigate the unique conditions and the uncertainties that go along with renovation work.
We also do select custom designed new Single-Family Residential projects and have developed an efficient way of delivering these to our clients.
LARGE FIRM/LARGE PROJECT CONSULTING
We have enjoyed our time working in large firms on large projects - especially the relationships we have built over that time. There are times when strategic alliance, staffing needs, and project workloads make sense for us to join forces with a larger firm.
TRANSACTION SERVICES
For certain projects and clients we can provide a very basic transactional service - helping move projects through the approval process. We have found that DIYers often need a small dose of professional help and have created this service at an affordable price.
